At Ramayna, we offer only one sacred product – Shree Hanuman Yantra – we take utmost care to ensure it is packed with devotion and care, and it reaches you in perfect condition.

🚚 Delivery Timelines – Pan India

Dispatch Time: Within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time:

- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 working days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 working days
📦Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email once shipped.
Delivery times may vary slightly during festivals, public holidays, or courier delays.

Exchange Policy

No Returns – We do not offer returns under any circumstances.

Exchange Conditions

An exchange will only be processed if the product received is damaged, and the following conditions are met:

You must share clear pictures and a video of the damaged product immediately upon receiving the delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once your request is verified, we will send you a replacement for the same product.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If you refuse to accept a COD order or return it at the time of delivery, you will be charged INR 50 as a handling fee.
Future COD orders may be refused if previous COD parcels are returned without a valid reason.
